CIM Code Digital Company undertakes that all technical materials provided to its customers are original, non-copied, non-duplicate, and produced exclusively for their owners. 

Digital CIM Code undertakes to comply with its agreed delivery dates with its customers during contracting.

The digital company CIM Code apologizes for producing any material with a clear violation of Islamic law and its controls.

CIM Code Digital Company apologizes for producing any material that may harm the company's reputation or one of its former clients.

 

Article IV - CIM Code Digital Services Demand Controls:  

Every person with legal capacity considered a system and legitimate may request the services of the digital company CIM Code.

The Client acknowledges that he has consulted the Privacy Policy Document and CIM Code Digital Terms and Conditions Document. 

If the client applying for a service from CIM Code Digital Company represents a business, company, charity, or corporate entity, he or she shall be fully responsible for contracting with CIM Code Digital Company.

 

Article V. Contracting controls and policy:

Digital CIM Code undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the customer's information during contracting.

Accepted payment methods within CIM Code Digital Company:

Payment by bank transfer on the company's account.

Public holidays and holidays:

The company's weekly holiday is on Friday every week.

The duration of implementation of the packages and services is limited only to working days and does not include weekly holidays and public holidays. It also does not include the time required to send the client the summary and work requirements. It also does not include the time required to inspect and wait for the client's approval of the completed works.

Cancellation of contract and recovery of contract amount:

In case of cancellation before commencing the agreed work, you are entitled to a full refund of the contract amount. Only transfer costs are deducted from the total amount received.

If you wish to cancel the contract after the work has begun, half of the amount will be returned with also sending the completed works.

 

Article VI. Official means of communication:

The customer agrees to be contacted by email, or by the specific WhatsApp number during contracting.

The Client agrees that all correspondence received from the Client or sent to the Client shall act as its written analogy, a stand-alone argument, in meeting the legal needs.

CIM Code Digital Company will send promotional emails to introduce you to any new changes, actions, or publicity activities that may be added to the Company.

Digital CIM Code pledges to provide the best experience to communicate with our in-house customer service officer.

 

Article VII. Amendment to the Convention on Use and Fees:

You agree that CIM Code Digital Company has absolute validity and without legal liability to make any fundamental or subsidiary modifications to this Agreement, and you agree that CIM Code Digital Company shall inform you of any modification to this Agreement.

All fees are calculated in Saudi riyal. All package fees and services are paid in advance and the work is not started until after confirmation that the transfer of fees is completed.

 

Article VIII. Terms and conditions for packages:

Package fees are paid in full in advance and work is done only after confirmation of transfer.

The period of execution indicated for the package is limited only to working days and does not include weekly holidays and public holidays. It also does not include the time required to send the client the work requirements. It also does not include the time required to inspect and wait for the approval of the client for the completed works.

The customer has the right to request reinstatement if he does not like it

Article IX. Rights:

All contents and materials of the digital company CIM Code, electronic or otherwise, written or not, including but not limited to: written and unwritten texts - graphic designs - technical ideas - logo - displays... It belongs to CIM Code Digital Company and its rights are reserved for CIM Code Digital Company, and no one has the right to use it in any way whether it be direct or indirect use or by third party.

CIM Code Digital Company shall not be liable for infringement of its client's intellectual property rights or materials produced to them by any party not concerned with CIM Code Digital Company.

 

 Article X - Intellectual Property:

The management of CIM Code Digital Company respects the intellectual property rights of its customers, and none of the materials produced by CIM Code Digital Company is sold to them and approved by any other party. 

CIM Code Digital reserves the right to publish the works and materials produced for its customers on its website as a business precedent, or on any other platform under its ownership by CIM Code Digital.

CIM Code Digital reserves the intellectual property rights of any creative material that has been rejected by the customer and is entitled to resell or use it in any other way it deems appropriate to it, thereby not prejudicing the client's interest.

 

Article XI. Mediation services, third party:

Under the terms and conditions of this usage agreement, CIM Code Digital may provide some exclusive offers for brokerage and third-party services, including but not limited to:

Advertising and advertising companies.

E-marketing companies.

CIM Code Digital reserves the right to display the works and materials produced by brokerage companies in its business precedent.

CIM Code Digital Company is not liable in one way or another for any commitments made by brokerages to their clients.

 

Article XII. Technical support and customer service:

If you have experienced any unintended abuse from the Customer Service Officer, please send your complaint via the complaint form.

Complaints shall be investigated and answered within a period not exceeding 24 hours.

 

Article XIII. Resolution of disputes:

Under the rules and provisions of this Employment Agreement, in the event of a dispute, God forbid, the dispute shall be resolved through conciliation, negotiations, and amicable settlement, and if the dispute persists, it shall be resolved by the competent authorities.

 

Article XIV. General provisions:

This usage agreement applies to all CIM Code Digital Contractors, which regulates the relationship between the client and CIM Code Digital Company, and the customer acknowledges reading and viewing it before dealing with CIM Code Digital Company or ordering one of its services. 

No one - except CIM Code Digital Management - has the right to impose any material, clauses, or provisions in the company's usage agreement, and we are pleased to receive your suggestions regarding this document.

The Arabic text of the employment agreement is the origin of all transactions. The company does not recognize the translation of any of the articles and provisions of the agreement into any other language.

CIM Code Digital reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Changes to these Terms are effective as soon as they are posted on this page or in any other section of the Site.
